Every booking implies the strict agreement of our renting terms.
35% deposit to be paid by cheque or credit card at the time of booking.
A security deposit cheque of 500 Euros has to be sent on booking. It will be given back after the property has been checked over.
The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
